The current marketplace has shifted: • Venue fees (including rental fees and all venue specific costs) – when sharing the day, this is split between comedians • General Craft Services (subs, chips, drinks etc) • Crowd (Each comedian is responsible for filling their own seats) Kayrom is not responsible for ticket sales or promotion of the taping of your special

Each special includes: • Multi-camera coverage appropriate to the venue • Professional theatrical lighting • Experienced comedy-focused crew • Controlled audience environment • Post-production editing and audio polish

Kayrom works with a curated list of film-ready venues across major U.S. markets. These include: • Respected comedy clubs • Cinematic theaters of all sizes • Purpose-built performance spaces All venues: • Are professionally lit • Are proven for live audience capture • Are selected collaboratively with the comedian Venue menus are available upon request. Venue selection is 100% based on availability of the venue on the selected date(s) as well as costs

• The comedian retains 100% ownership of the special • Kayrom holds no distribution rights • No exclusivity or licensing requirements

This IS: • A professional, durable comedy special • A legitimate industry asset • A controlled, repeatable production process This is NOT: • A shortcut to distribution • A content play • A speculative clip package Kayrom does not advise on release strategy unless requested.

We work with Comedians who. • Have a complete, tested hour or half hour • Regularly perform in clubs and theaters • Are ready to present a definitive version of their work • Can fill at least a 100 seat venue This selectivity helps us maintain consistency and credibility across all produced specials.

Every path is different, finished specials are commonly used to. • Pitch to Platforms, Streamers, Buyers and/or Club Owners • Help anchor touring & marketing • Submit to festivals or showcases • Upgrade Representation • Self-Release strategically The Special is a long-term proof asset

Typically, our turnaround time from production to final delivery is between 6-10 weeks.
